Yes! All our products are dietitian-designed to support healthy growth, with a focus on iron, fibre and essential nutrients — no added salt, refined sugar or nasties. The only product with minimal added sugar is the Choc Nut Quinoa bar as it contains small quantities of milk chocolate.

Many of our items are free from common allergens like dairy, eggs and nuts. Each product clearly lists ingredients and allergens. If unsure, reach out to us before ordering.

We source high-quality ingredients and aim to use organic produce whenever possible, but not all products are 100% certified organic.

Frozen items are shipped in insulated packaging with gel ice packs via a refrigerated courier to keep your order at safe temperatures throughout transit.

Our frozen products typically have a shelf life of up to 6 months. Once thawed, we recommend consuming within 48 hours and not refreezing. Some products are able to be kept refrigerated for up to 7 days (please check the product descriptions on each product).

Our Super Sprinkles has a shelf life of up to 6 months and can be left in the pantry or outside the fridge, out of direct sun light.

Simply defrost overnight in the fridge, or pop them in the microwave for 20–30 seconds until thawed — perfect for busy parents. Our products are designed to be stored in the freezer, giving you quick and convenient options ready whenever you need them.

Frozen items should go straight into the freezer upon arrival. Chilled items, such as our Teething Rusks, can be refrigerated if you’ll be using them within a few days. Always follow the instructions on the label. Super Sprinkles are shelf-stable, but should be stored away from direct sunlight.
